Services Offered
English Hub provides English language coaching, IELTS preparation, business and tailored English courses, proofreading and editing services, SEO content services, and digital content consulting.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any service at any time without notice.

Course Enrollment & Payment
1 - A 50% advance payment is required to confirm your enrollment. <br>
2- The remaining 50% is payable upon reaching 50% of course completion, unless otherwise agreed.<br>
3- Payment can be made via bank transfer or other agreed-upon methods. <br>
All payments are in <strong>Tunisian Dinar (TND) </strong>for local students, and adjusted prices will apply for international students based on their country of residence.

Cancellation & Refund Policy
1- Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the first session are eligible for a full refund of the advance payment. <br>
2- No refunds will be issued after course commencement, except in cases of documented personal or medical emergencies at our discretion.

Intellectual Property
All course materials, resources, and content provided by English Hub (including text, videos, worksheets, and digital files) are the intellectual property of English Hub and may not be shared, resold, or reproduced without written permission.

User Conduct
When using our services or communicating with our team, you agree to: <br>
1- Provide accurate and truthful information.<br>
2- Respect the rights and privacy of other users and staff. <br>
3- Not misuse or disrupt our services, systems, or content. <br>
We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate access for any behavior deemed abusive, illegal, or in violation of these Terms.

While we strive to provide high-quality services, we do not guarantee specific results such as job placement or exam scores. Course outcomes depend on the student’s effort, participation, and external factors beyond our control.

English Hub and its instructors will not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services.
